He serves as independent director on several Boards and is an Advisory Board member in a few companies in the Benelux countries. Furthermore he is active in management consulting through his company Hudson Finance nv focussing on strategy, organization, finance and M&A.

Pascale Van Damme
I lead the Belgian and Luxembourgish organizations and the Nato business units which are responsible for sales and go-to-market strategy for the Dell Technologies portfolio. We provide end-to-end solutions for our customers and partners that enable them to pursue and achieve their own business goals.
My main focus is to help guide the organization as we move from a simple hardware provider to a robust resource of complete solutions. Our goal at Dell Technologies is to be 100% customer-oriented and we pride ourselves in being easy to work with and having a portfolio of products that can serve our customers now and in the future. My career at Dell Technologies has spanned over a decade and many different roles, which has given me the experience and perspective to connect our customers to the right solutions.
