General Assembly 2024

Dear investors,

On Saturday March 16, 2024 at 2pm Value Square is organizing the 16th edition of its annual investor loan. The investor loan is accessible to all our investors.

This year, this meeting will take place at the headquarters of Barco in Kortrijk. We can offer 160 people exclusive access to their site, and we'll be spoiled with a guided visit to Barco's Experience Center.

For the registration to go smoothly, the reception is already starting from 1:15 p.m..

It programme looks like this:

• 1:15 p.m.: Reception
• 2 p.m.: Introduction by Pascal Cornelis, Partner Value Square
• 2.10 p.m.: Value Square Fund presentation
• 3.30 p.m.: Barco presentation by Ann Desender, CFO Barco
• 3.45 p.m.: Cinema Demo Barco
• 4 p.m.: Reception and guided Experience Tour Barco
• 5.45 p.m.: End
