Invitation to the Exclusive Session Tax changes in the company in the year '26

Dear,

Value Square, together with EY Belgium, would like to invite you to an exclusive morning session that fully prepares you for the tax reality in '26 with regard to your equity investments privately and within the company.

In one clear, strategic and forward-looking story, you will gain insight into how the new DBI rules for equity investments and participations below 10% fundamentally change the landscape, what risks and opportunities present themselves and what impact these changes have on both existing and new FBI funds.

We are also looking into the new capital gains tax in personal income tax and show how value creation can be maximally protected within family structures and companies. You will discover the rules of the game that will determine stock transactions from 2026 and how investing via private assets relates to investing via the company.

In addition, we also discuss how Tailored DBI funds provide a powerful and flexible response to this new context for families.
